'Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working.'

'The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

'The cottage was perfect for a weekend stay for my husband and I. We used this as a "baby moon" getaway before we are a family of 3. The short walk to the beach was perfect, even for a pregant momma. Close to Main street where you can find all types of great food. Also, a shirt distance to other towns in the area. I woukd definitely stay here again.'

It was stocked with everything we needed and was close to restaurants and shopping. Our host was very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.'

The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. 'Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...
