Je komt naar de Kaap voor het strand ... dus waarom niet op een steenworp afstand blijven? Dit charmante huisje met twee slaapkamers en een badkamer aan een rustige doodlopende weg ligt op een steenworp afstand van het strand van Keyes Memorial. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 6 op 1 koning, 2 tweelingen en 1 koningin uitklapbare slaapbank. De perfecte locatie om te genieten van het strand, winkelen, dineren of gewoon rust en ontspanning te krijgen.

Bij binnenkomst valt het eerste wat je opvalt het plafond van de kathedraal op dat de lichte luchtige leefruimte opent waar we het gevoel hebben gedragen als de Kaap in en door het huisje loopt. De Jack & Jill-badkamer is toegankelijk vanuit beide slaapkamers en handdoeken en beddengoed worden verstrekt.

De volledig uitgeruste keuken maakt bereiding thuis maaltijd praktisch, efficiënt en betaalbaar. Of u nu een snel kom ontbijtgranen drinkt voor het ontbijt aan de keukentafel of geniet van gegrilde steaks tot in de perfectie op uw eigen privéterras, dit huisje is uw vakantiehuis, weg van huis. Voor degenen die liever lekker eten, zijn de restaurants en activiteiten van het historische centrum van Hyannis slechts 1,6 km verderop.

Centraal gelegen op Cape Cod is het ideaal voor dagtochten overal op de Kaap helemaal tot Provincetown. De veerboten naar Martha's Vineyard of Nantucket zijn ook vlakbij.

Dit vakantiehuis heeft vele extra's van een in de grond verwarmd zwembad (geopend van vrijdag 7 juni tot Labor Day), WiFi om u te helpen verbonden te blijven en een speciale parkeerplaats.

We zijn er zeker van dat je hier van je tijd zult genieten en jaar na jaar terug wilt komen!

This small but spacious cottage was stocked with everything we needed…a complete kitchen, nice linens, very helpful instructions for using the tv (much appreciated!). Everything was spotless! Great location to the beach, city park with picnic area, town within walking distance. This was a quiet getaway for winter - no crowds! Thank you, Steve

Picture perfect in every way! The TLC this little gem receives is evident upon entry - fresh and clean, the tastefully chosen seaside decor lifts the spirit and makes you feel happy to call 4B “home” while in Hyannis. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom (although narrow) was easy to share between 3 adults as it had well placed hooks, towel racks, and nice cabinet and counter space. The location was IT! We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and were blessed with gorgeous weather - sunny and cool - making walking on the beach a must! The beauty of the area is breathtaking and we are so grateful to have these images in our memory banks for life. Thank you to our host, Steve, who truly has his guests best interest at heart. Before, during, and afterwards, Steve was a thoughtful and direct communicator who made us feel welcome and appreciated. We are so happy to have found you on VRBO!

Beautiful cottage. This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is so cute and cozy with exceptional views. Steps to the beach. The beds are super comfortable. Very clean with beautiful decor. Full kitchen. Outside table and chairs for morning coffee and taking in the view of the water. Quiet and quaint. Close to town and the ferry. Highly recommend. House was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Location to the beach was perfect and the area was nice and quiet! Close to downtown for good food and an easy drive to the Hyannis port for taking the ferry to Nantucket! The cottage was exactly as described, if not a bit more charming! It was perfect for our family of 4. Check-in and parking could not have been easier and communication with our host was smooth and clear. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable and wasn't lacking in supplies. The beach chairs were appreciated. Great water pressure and counter space in the bathroom. Super short walk to what almost felt like a private beach. We used the pool several times and were always the only people there in addition to the lifeguard. Could have walked to Main St., but it would have been a decent walk and the drive was 2 minutes and parking was always easy to find. The variety of restaurants can't be beat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great week on the Cape!

This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!

Breakwater beach house

We loved the location, especially right by the beach. The house eas a bit small for 3 adults and a toddler, but we made it work. The owner responded immediately when we needed towels and recmmendations. Its great for a couple and 2 children.

My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.
