'Conveniently located off the main hwy in Eastpoint, Fl. this property was a great find. We didn't have advance notice of our business trip, so we were thrilled to find this guest house on very short notice. The owner BJ, who resides on the property, was great to work with. The location was beautiful and safe. Everything you need is available if you want to cook in or there are Great restaurants nearby, Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.'

'After finding the property because GPS did not recognize the address listed, it had a1 after hwy 98 and GPS took to us to wrong location. After getting in touch with host, it turned out to be a perfect getaway. Great location, plenty of room for everyone.'

'We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞'

This is an older house but they are very honest and upfront about everything. This an affordable house very close to the beach! My family loved it and will definitely be back! Absolutely 5 stars. 'Small but mighty! Fantastic view and super host. The unit was immaculate and well supplied. Every time we saw Jason, he asked if we needed anything. He even put air in our soft tire. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator were adequate for light meals. The view is outstanding and the osprey nest with three chicks provided constant entertainment. The sunsets were incredible. We highly recommend this VRBO!'
