Dolphin View House #1

Centrally located, just 10 minutes to the sandy white beaches of St George Island and 10 minutes from Historical Apalachicola. This 2B/2B house was completely refurnished in July 2022. With one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa it will comfortably accommodate 6 people. A large gravel parking area gives you plenty of room to bring your boat! Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, no cable.

We so enjoyed the property. It was clean, well-stocked, and was in the condition as shown in the pictures which often isn’t the case. Would have liked to have had a table outside on the porch area for dining, morning coffee watching the sunrise, or cocktails in the evening. Still, ample seating to accommodate our group of 5. As with all new model refrigerators ice was a factor but plenty of stores around to purchase what we needed so not a negative review to be made.

Very nice, but there’s a business on the same property that appears to be an automotive repair shop. Shares the same driveway and is about 30’ from front door. If I had been traveling alone, this would have made me very uncomfortable!

Fourth of July Festivities

Great location to enjoy all of the Fourth of July festivities with two of our grandkids who had never been to the beach before. Easy access and a short drive to both Apalachicola and St. George Island. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us to eat meals together and have our own space. Well equipped with all the necessities and even extras that we were not expecting. Would definitely recommend and plan to return one day ourselves! The view from the living room was also a great place to start the day with some coffee!

Eastpoint Home

Every day, we were privileged to view the bay outside the huge window in the living room. One evening, we saw dolphins swimming not far from the shore. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable house .The owner was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Very clean house. Has board games there if you bring kids to keep them occupied. Has a Keurig coffee maker with a coffee pot. The coffee was a nice surprise. The Master shower was very nice. The light only deck did not work. The closest store around is a gas station with very limited selection. Would suggest bringing drinks and snacks if going for an extended stay.

Great place to stay!

This is a great beach property to rent. The location was great and very convenient to several restaurants and nightlife . I would highly recommend this rental. On another note, I will NEVER rent with VBRO again. We had an issue with locking ourselves out of the house, and the code would not work at 2 o’clock in the morning. We were stuck outside the property for hours when I tried to contact them to see what to do about it I was on the phone for a hour and transferred to several different people and was left unresolved. They were absolutely no help! Terrible customer service

Great home and location.

This property is recently renovated and like new. Great views of the bay from glass front living/kitchen and plenty of room and privacy. Incredible master shower, and wel done remodel all around. This location is great for hitting the local east point and appalachicola restaurants or a quick drive across the bridge to the beach. Don’t miss the fishing pier 2 minutes from the house as well. Great sunrises and sunsets from porch o just across road at waterfront sitting spot. Would definitely come back.

This place was awesome!

The house was very clean and very comfortable. I loved the full kitchen and the furniture was new and very comfy. The location was perfect, we were close to Apalachicola and St.George Island. We had no trouble checking in and I would definitely stay there again.

It was okay

Started with the entrance door sticking when trying to open. The latch wasn’t working properly. The house was nice but sterile in that there were no decorations or “homey” decor. The lighting was all bright recessed ceiling lights, no table lamps. The view of the bay was awesome. There was a lot of in-out traffic from the third unit on the property.
