We requested additional boogie boards and they were delivered right away. Keyless entry was ideal for all of us coming and going. 'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'
