'Nice, very old 1930’s building with lots of charm in the Chula Vista area of San Diego. Small rooms but of course for the time it was built it makes sense. Probably could use some paint and general spruce up. The bed was very comfortable and there were large soft bath towels. Quiet peaceful sleep and walk to restaurants and coffee shops.'

Lovely room and shower. Fridge and coffee maker. Comfy bed. No restaurant or shop nearby. Short drive to nearest facilities. Wi-fi poor.'

'The casita is delightful. The outdoor seating and dining area make evenings an enchanted time for relaxing. Follow the detailed instructions for all the gadgets and features. The location is on a cul de sac but so close to all the freeways. Definitely will choose on our next San Diego trip!'

'We had a perfect place: security, privacy, cleanliness, and peaceful place to stay while visiting our son and his family. The weather was too cool to use the pool, but it was beautiful. The host (very accommodating) and her family were very nice. The room was perfect with all the amenities to keep us comfortable. The location is perfect with relatively short drives to see anything around the San Deigo area. Simply the best.'

'Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well'

'We really enjoyed our stay in this surprising secluded hideaway in the midst of a quaint neighborhood about 5 blocks from the Windandsea Beach. Also a lovely park with a great walking path is in the other direction. The property staff were responsive to correcting a couple of things weren't quite right in the beginning. The kitchenette is well appointed to cover any cooking needs. The shower is a bit of a downside it you are over 5'6" and has a fine spray. The stone tile floor has some wear...
