'This property was absolutely perfect for an enjoyable college visit to the University of Arkansas. The location allowed us to explore the University, Dickson Street, Fayetteville Square and other surrounding neighborhoods all by foot. The property was clean and very comfortable. I recommend staying here!'

'The apartment was nice and everything was provided that we needed for the week. The location was amazing! We were able to walk to everything. The only complaint that we had was the train that rides right by the apartment woke us up several times. It didn't just ride by, it honked it's horn the whole time. So that was annoying, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.'

'Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...
