This was our first trip to the area and this house is in a great location for getting around Fayetteville and also easy access to Bentonville (assuming you have a car). 'This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!'

'This is a beautiful, historic property! Keith, the owner, has done a fantastic job of renovating an 1891 school house into an amazing vacation rental.
