'Pretty good hotel. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, but the place was busy. Had some trouble with the wifi - kept getting kicked off. Clean room. Pretty good breakfast. Nice pool/hot tub area. Could use an extra elevator, as the two were always busy and sometimes there was a wait. Some decent restaurants close by.'

'My flight into town was late, and after the hotel’s airport shuttle ended for the night. I called them from the airport, and they went above and beyond, sending a complimentary taxi to come pick me up and get me to the hotel. Just what I needed after a long day of travel and delays. Thank you!'
