Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
My husband and I have stay at the CโMon Inn for the past twenty years but this was our last time. It took 15 minutes to have someone come to the front desk, only to be told our room wasnโt ready. Later that evening we went to hot tub, 3 of the hot tubs were not working. One of the hot tubs that was working had so many chemicals, it literally burned my husbands leg hair off. When we went back to our room, our key did not work. When going to bed there was a screaming child and multiple kids running the floors. Our reservation was for Saturday and Sunday night but they had us leaving Sunday morning, so again our keys did not work and had to go to the front desk to figure it out. There were three people at the desk but only one knew how to remedy the situation. Sunday night the hotel was much quieter but we promptly left Monday morning. We will no longer stay at the Cโmon Inn when traveling to Fargo.
