'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up. We have used this property many times in the past and I am glad it is finally being upgraded. '

'Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. '

'This 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental was the perfect home base for my recent business trip to Dallas.
