Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). 'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'
