It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Our guest passes were waiting for us so we were able to avail of the amenities immediately. Golf cart was also ready to roll. The host is very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to book here!'

'House is large with lots of extras. Beds were not very comfortable in our opinion, and pool could have used a little cleaning. Some of the pool furniture was not in great shape. The few things that were not 100% with the house did not ruin our stay.'

'This home was more than we imagined it to be. So large, clean, and beautiful. The neighbors were all so kind. The pool just a short walk away (maybe a block?) Because Homosassa is a fisherman's paradise, we were elated to discover a local restaurant called the Marguerita Grill just a couple miles away that prepares your catch at no cost! The men in our group fished with Captain Michael Rozanski of Eagle Charters in Chassahowitzka. He is fantastic! We can't wait to come back!'

'The property itself is very nice and roomy. Everything worked, except for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs, which was minor. The house was very clean, which is extremely important, my wife was very happy with that. The hot tub gets nice and warm, once you figure out the system. The Wifi was strong, but only the password is given to you, the name of the Wifi isn't in the binder in the house, and when you look there are quite a few possible Wifi networks. We eventually got it worked out via texts...

'The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.'
