'Dan is a wonderful host and this house is the perfect getaway. What a beautiful location close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Also just a hop and a skip up to Cincinnati. This is a very quiet and relaxing location. There is an extremely inviting porch that was therapeutic for my wife and I. I enjoyed watching the purple martins, cattle and goats in the pasture. Dan even left us some farm fresh eggs from his chickens. We had no issues with anything and recommend this location 100%....

'The location for both events were great. The home is nice however, i would make a few changes... 1) top sheets on the beds, softer sheets 2) the temperature is not well balanced, girls upstairs were very hot at night and the ones downstairs froze, ceiling fans in all bedrooms 3) keurig coffee maker, we could not figure out how to use the one there 4) shower curtain in downstairs bath was not effective, had mold on one side 5) rugs in downstairs bath were not good, they did not grip the floor...

'We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning...
