'We had 9 people in our group but could have easily fit lots more. There is a big room where an entire group can gather and small spaces for people to spread out. Also nice large seating areas for eating. We had a great time!'

Plenty of sleeping room, eating room, needed more room in the livingroom, didn't get to build our fire pit-got it ready but it rained. Went to the Ark and International Race Horse Museum, shopping was close by too. Altogether an awesome adventure and time together'

'The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.'

'Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!'

'The Property is Very Good, I liked Everything, I only have one thing, the bed is in the Room with the Half Bathroom, the bed needs another Mattress because it is very bad, and the bed sounds a lot, and the Mattress The furniture in the living room would need a sponge mat, otherwise everything is very good, thank you very much.'

'The location for both events were great. The home is nice however, i would make a few changes... 1) top sheets on the beds, softer sheets 2) the temperature is not well balanced, girls upstairs were very hot at night and the ones downstairs froze, ceiling fans in all bedrooms 3) keurig coffee maker, we could not figure out how to use the one there 4) shower curtain in downstairs bath was not effective, had mold on one side 5) rugs in downstairs bath were not good, they did not grip the floor...

'We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning...
