'Location is decent if you want to stay in Key Largo. Loved having a full kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, dedicated cover parking, elevator to unit, and coffee maker. Sofa is comfortable, and the balcony had a nice view of the marina. The only negatives were that the mattress and pillows were hard. If pillows had been softer, we would've slept better. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and Vivian had to get the property manager over to replace the battery on the locking...

'Our family stayed here July 4th week for a fishing/beach trip. Location was great, and we rented the 21 foot boat as well for a few days. Condo was clean and just the right size for our family. Blackout shades were nice, and helped keep the temperature inside down. Used the kayaks one day, saw a manatee near the dock and a young alligator (crocodile?) in the mangroves.'

'I go down to Miami about twice a month so I am used to renting a room off a house. This one had everything, including a full length mirror (a commodity) a stool to do makeup, coffee maker and fridge equipped with two waters, it's the little things and this one had them. Super accommodating host. I will stay every time I go to Cutler Bay, when available.'

'This is a really nice condo and met all our needs for our one week stay. It was very clean and neat and had plenty of towels, linens and kitchen supplies. The location is excellent as it is only minutes from dozens of markets and restaurants. It is also close to mainland Florida and not too far from some of the southernmost keys. I recommend this for a family of two to four people.'

'Only 2 things of suggestion on this property. First a taller mattress or box spring because as a 6 foot guy you constantly keep hitting the wood frame because the mattress is thinner. The second thing is exterior back was super overgrown weeds. This is an active community and can be a little noisy late but this isn't something the owner can help. Arlet was super helpful even when the app wasn't working correctly. I would stay again if ever back down in that direction. '
