'Very modern interior. Lovely bathroom. Convenient location. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the street parking but it worked out. Be prepared to hear every fire department dispatch. There are transients in the area who are completely harmless. Somewhat heavy police presence in the area as well so I felt super safe. WiFi, smart tv, perfect heating & cooling. Fabulous decor. 'The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and open. Beach is literally steps away. We opted to bring an air mattress for our teen and one slept on the pull out sofa, comfortable enough for a few nights. I think the pricing was fair but a larger bed in bedroom with a TV would be ideal. It would be lovely to come back when weather is warmer.'

'Beautiful place! Old Florida style on the outside and beautifully redone on the inside. Loved the outdoor space and location was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to cook. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely go back!'
