'This is a wonderful property to stay in while birdwatching at Huguenot Memorial Park. After a long day of hiking and birding the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Did not feel like going out so I was able to utilize the kitchen. Watched the sunset and the sunrise from the dock right on the river. I have already recommended it to friends!'

'Beautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Home was a little smaller than pictures made it seem, but all in all it was very cozy. If you just need to spend the night in Jacksonville this is definitely the place! Host was very responsive and helpful. She let us check in early!'

'We stayed at the Seaglass for a few days and it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. There were snacks in a basket when we arrived - such a lovely touch. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both. The location was great - just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much to our hosts for the hospitality!'

'We loved the location and the cottage was cute! We don’t stay in hotels so we always opt for VRBO. Our cottage was cute and fit our needs. Overall, it was cute, location was great, we could walk to the beach and restaurants and it’s always nice to have more privacy than a hotel can ever offer! Cons: The bathroom floor was clearly damaged which was made clear right away. After the shower leaked out, we knew what had caused that issue.
