'The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.'

'Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys.'

'The host was very accommodating , thank you for the blender to use. The host kept to themselves and it was private. The bed was comfortable. I worked while visiting, the internet didn't skip a beat. 'The property is just as advertised. It was actually closer to "downtown" than i expected. For those visiting Kodiak with multiple people or a large amount of gear, for hunting or fushing, this is ideal. Big Rays (sporting good store) is next door which was huge bonus for us. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced.'

'It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.'
