'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '

'This used to be the Buskin River Inn and all rooms will be remodeled in the next year. My room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was good and I really like the biscuits. Caught my daily limit of silver salmon in the Buskin River behind the hotel. Nice computer and printer set up in lobby. This is my must stay place in Kodiak.'

'We spent a couple of nights (+ an unexpected extra night after a floatplane weather delay) at this property and it worked out well for the 5 of us. The unit was clean, easy to access and was across the street from a lovely cove and within walking distance of a really nice state park. It is just off the main road so there is road noise. And it is outside of the town of Kodiak so we relied on taxis which were easy to arrange but kind of a hassle - I’d rent a car next time. Jessica (prop manager)...

'The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.'

'Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys.'
