'Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). The temps were mild while we were there (low 80's) but it was very hot upstairs. If you are heat sensitive and/or expecting hot temps do not plan on using the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Also, it is 35-40...

'What a wonderful getaway! Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you will need along with a gorgeous view of Lawrence Lake. Great fishing and so relaxing so sit on the deck and enjoy the wildlife and views or unwind in the hot tub after a day of catching fish right outside your backdoor. We plan on coming back sooner than later!'

'This was my (any my friends’) 4th stay at this rental. It’s a nice property for hanging out, playing yard games, sitting by the fire pit, and paddling around in their kayaks. We spent most of our time grilling and hanging out outside in the nice spring weather. I would highly recommend this rental for any group.'

'Overall, the property was very nice, and was the perfect size to accommodate all of us that were staying. I loved the location as it was back in the woods, quite, semi-private, and offered plenty of land to enjoy a bonfire, and recreational activities with my friends and family. The booking and check-in process was very easy and the host was extremely responsive to emails/questions. The only issues we had were ants in the upstairs bathroom and the yard had not been mowed in quite some time, but...
