This is a Newly Renovated Private 2 bedroom, 2 Full bath Home/Cabin with Full Kitchen, Living room and Front room located on Easton Lake in Adams County near the WI Dells. It will sleep 7 people comfortably. The sofa bed in the living room is a queen size and will fit 2 adults or 3 small children. There is a pull out twin bed from the love seat sofa in the 2nd bedroom. Also available is a family size tent, 2 sleeping bags, 2 kots and a blow up twin mattress for additional guests.

It is 20 minutes to the WI Dells area and 20 minutes to Mauston. It is 55 minutes to Ho-Chunk Gaming Nekoosa and close to plenty of other locations that offer Parks, hiking, rock formations, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking and tubing.
This house has new appliances, new flooring/carpeting, new cabinets and counter tops, new furnace for heat and AC for the summer so can be used all year long. The dining table has a leaf insert with 6 total chairs. A washer and dryer are also available for use. Both full bathrooms have also just been fully remodeled.

The front room faces the lake with a cozy sunny area for lounging. There is a flat screen smart TV with internet included. It sits on 1.5 acres with a very large front yard for all kinds of activities and small events as well as a private pier to relax on. Several fishing poles with hooks and line are available for use when the lake level is high enough or you can fish at other areas of the lake. There is also fishing offered at the entrance on11th Dr at the Happy Place Fish Farm which is also a UTV/ATV stop with a bar.

This home has 3 decks. 2 smaller decks attached to each of the entry doors and 1 larger deck attached off of the sliding glass doors facing the lake.

There is also a fire pit, wood available, and chairs provided, but good idea to bring a few of your own. A weber grill and a chimney starter are provided. This is a great family and friends or couples get away. 2 Kayaks are also available for use with 2 life jackets upon request, but you would have to launch at the Public launch area down the road. The lake levels change throughout the year and you may not be able to launch from the private pier. Bring a truck if you have one.
There is also plenty of parking on the gravel areas preferably. The Garage is not available for parking or use.
