'My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store...

'The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, confortable, casual, beachy. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity cards, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. No one...

'Nicest VRBO we have ever booked. Everything you need and more is included. Lush furnishings, pillows, decor, blankets and towels. Loved the included golf cart, bikes, grill and outside fire pit. Beds were a bit firm for us, however we slept well. Tiny kitchen only one adult at a time can fit. Fishing Pier on Fripp island closed.'

'We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. The walks on the beach, the deer grazing in the “back yard”, and the sound of the ocean together with a house that just feels warm and welcoming make for a fabulous stay.'

'It was fine, nothing fancy, but has all you might need. Steps away from beach so while that is great, it also means there is a lot of activity and noise all around you—just a heads up. Place needed some routine maintenance which the property manager took care of promptly.'

'Our favorite beachfront house on Fripp. Ideal for R&R and enjoying the wildlife. Views of the sunrises and sunsets are hard to beat. Property hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Couldn’t be better in our opinion. Perfect.'

Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and dolphins from the porch every day. The water views are remarkable. The golf cart was an added bonus and a great way to see the island and get from place to place.
