'This was decent for the price and that’s the reason I would recommend it but it comes with a price: (not what we usually choose as far as type of condo). I had to wash the sheets and comforter when we arrived due to lots of hair on them. This was first floor and the people above us got up by 6am and stomped from front to back of their condo, we could even hear them using the bathroom. Way too noisy. We had a nice view of the marsh and deer that came through then another family started fishing...

There is also direct access to the beach from the condo complex. The rental price included resort amenity cards which provided access to the resort’s restaurants, pools, activities and other amenities. 'The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, confortable, casual, beachy. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity cards, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. No one...
