Rooms have been updated and nice for the price. Several restaurants within walking distance and the parking lot easy to get in and out. Front desk personnel were very nice. Had a quiet stay and no issues.

We had a house fire and had to stay 2 times and both times the staff has been amazing! Housekeeping was on point they had everything we needed and asked for. We had a dog with us. We asked for house keeping to come because the dog was gonna be out of the room and it was great. Came back to a fresh clean room. I wish they had queen beds but other than that it was a great experience.

This is nowhere close to a $125/night hotel. $70 is probably more accurate. The first room I was given wreaked of smoke. The second room I was given wreaked of skunk weed. They had no other rooms available. I should have requested a refund but I stayed. I went to Walmart and bought a can of air freshener which hardly helped. Every night there were people talking and banging around. I could smell someone smoking which I think was from the adjoining room which also had a yipper dog. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The towels were like sandpaper and had holes in them. The shower wall had black mold on the grout of which I have a picture. The only thing good that I could find is it’s in a good location. I won’t stay there again.

The top reviews on this place was lying. An 8.0 is not accurate. I should’ve just left and got a better room. The whole place smells like smoke and baby powder buckets of baby powder. The mattress topper was straight dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The pillows the beds the blankets were all very rough feeling and cheap.

Horrible housekeeping at Red Roof Inn, Gadsden,AL
We had 2 rooms. Room 1-was dirty with a few pieces of trash, so that shows that it wasn’t swept. The toilet leaked pretty badly when flushed. The room smelled stale. Some “clean” towels had brown stains like someone just wiped their butt with them. The corners of the bathtub were dirty. Room #2-the room smelled horrible. Didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. It looked like the bed had been slept in and covers just thrown over. The sheets were stained and even had used bubble gum stuck in them. Both rooms were extremely dusty with even “dust bunnies” under the beds. We were issued a $50 credit for room #1 on night 1 due to the toilet, and $50 credit for room #2 on the next day AFTER speaking with the manager on the phone on day 2. There was no other available rooms anywhere in the area so we had no choice but to stay at this hotel. The manager said that he could only give partial credit because we booked the rooms through Hotels.com.Upon check-out we were told that they only change the sheets every 3 days, whether new guests are checked in or not. So that explains the bed on room # 2. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! We booked these rooms about 2 months ago for an event in the area and traveled 6 hours to this hotel, so it was a late check in.The hotel has a serious housekeeping problem. It is a shame that Hotels.com is associated with this hotel and I would seriously consider not including them on your site. Also, I would really appreciate a full refund for both rooms.
