'Nice little hotel in with a “small town” vibe. Hotel staff was very helpful. Beds were a bit stiff for my taste, but I still slept well. The room was much more spacious than anticipated. The bathroom door handle was a bit sticky, and the tub drained slowly. The hotel did have a gym with cardio equipment and a sauna, and they did say they have a continental breakfast from 6am-10am. Slept pretty well, room was not musty or humid, but did have a slight body odor smell at first which cleared out...

'Cabin was clean and cute. Hot water only lasted a couple minutes. Limited supplies - teeny coffee pot, 1 washcloth 2 towels. Unable to reach host in advance of arrival, however he does live onsite.'

'Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well.'

'We were coming up from NC for my wife's grandma's 101st birthday party. Not much in the way of accommodations in Hacker Valley so this was the perfect location. It is everything you need with a nice, clean bathhouse just down the hill. The staff were extremely nice and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Definitely will be returning in the future.'

'We stayed here for almost a week. The property is conveniently located a little over 10 minutes off the highway, in a valley right next to the river. The house was clean, cozy, and we had plenty of room. The back deck overlooks the river and is nice to unwind on at the end of the day. The adjacent General Store had everything we forgot to bring and much more, in case you need a pound of nails, bison burger, a sweatshirt, and a fantastic milkshake. The owners were always responsive to answer...
