De locatie is goed. De kitchenette is goed.het incheck met code is goed. Eetgelegenheden in de omgeving is goed communicatie was goed. Bedden waren goed. Prijs en kwaliteit.Wat minder goed is dat er overal stof lag, niet goed schoongemaakt is . Keuken was niet super schoon. Gehorig maar dat heb je met oude gebouwen.

Goede locatie, mooi appartement. Helaas ging de douche steeds van koud naar warm. Het koffieapparaat paste niet in het stopcontact en er was geen waterkoker. Wat erg vervelend was is dat wij s’nachts steeds wakker werden van het licht op de gang (onder bewoners) omdat de wand van de gang naar het appartement (douche en dus slaapkamer) bestaat uit melkglas waar al het licht vanuit de gang doorheen komt en dwars in de slaapkamer schijnt. Daar zou ik echt iets aan doen!

Ruime kamer met balkon (kamer 7)
Een hotel zonder receptie, het was even wennen maar het werkte goed. Contact via whatsapp verliep snel, ook om vragen te stellen en problemen op te lossen. Hotel ligt prima centraal. We sliepen in kamer zeven, heel ruim met fijne bank, keukentje en balkon.

mooie en ruime kamer, ideaal om enkele dagen te vertoeven. mooie design en decoratieassortiment. heel verzorgd en netjes. koffie en thee aanwezig. privacygevoel aanwezig. aparte badkamer en toilet niet zo handig, vooral 's morgens wanneer je nog in pyjama bent. badkamer ziet er mooi, modern en netjes uit en is ruim genoeg; de vloerverwarming stond wel te heet; we moesten handdoeken op de grond leggen om te kunnen blijven staan aan de wasbak; de douche is ruim; handig dat de wasproducten aanwezig waren. het balkon is een tof pluspunt; bij zonnig weer kan je daar met een ontbijtje op een ontspannen manier vertoeven. het 2debed (zetelbed) is heel handig voor een 2de koppel of 2 kinderen.

We were in Room 1 on the backside of the house. Great location in a great neighborhood, just minutes walk from the center of the city. Nice little courtyard - would have been great if the weather was better! Inside was interesting and unique decor, yet very spacious and comfortable. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out where we could park overnight for a reasonable cost (i.e. the orange zone) - wasn't too far away, but took me quite a while to figure out where it was.

Perfect location, amazing apartment
This was our second stay at the house of trade, although we had a different room this time, I cannot fault it; the bed is huge and so comfortable, the shower was good, it’s light and airy, very warm ( it was minus 2 outside) and the local area is great. 100% recommended

Absolutely amazing! Very easy to book and check-in upon arrival. Clear instructions of how to be in contact with the Heirloom team if there is anything you need; we contacted them for an extra sheet and someone dropped it off right away. In a quiet area but very, very close walk to the river. Get a morning coffee/tea from Simon Says, the staff is wonderful and very friendly.

Loved this comfy apartment
I stayed for 2 nights in the suite with balconies with my 2 adult sons. We loved the huge balcony overlooking the park, the roomy living area, and especially the location. Our trip to Gent was memorable, and we would recommend the House of Trade.

Stylische Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe
Die Wohnung ist nett aufgemacht und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist schön. Allerdings existiert kein Aufzug und für jemand mit viel Gepäck ist es eine schwierig, die enge Treppe in den 2. Stock zu kommen.

Very Good Stay.
Check-in was so easy since code for enter pre-sent before your arrival. Room was very spacious and clean. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants and other activities of the lovely town. Will stay again if in the area.

The room was okay but was actually a basement room accessed from the park at the back of the building. The patio was dirty and the chairs and tables not cleaned. It was very warm so we had to have the doors open to cool down. The bed was comfy, the area not too noisy and lots of restaurants around.

Not our favorite in spite of good location
The apartment is better suited for a family or for people staying a longer period of time. The location is excellent but parking is super expensive 26 euros per day. No one is available at the site. You use a code for the front door and to your unit. We do not like to stay where no one is there to check you in , to answer questions, or to help if needed.

Super nettes Altstadt Appartement
Super nette Unterkunft in Gent. Fußläufig von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Tolle Lokale direkt vor der Tür. Wenn ich einen Kritikpunkt nennen soll, dann wäre es der Punkt, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt für Menschen nicht so gut zu Fuß sind.

Great hotel close to the sights
We enjoyed our stay at House of Trade. They let us drop off our bags before check in at 3pm. The hotel is close to the sights but secluded and quiet. We had the top floor room and the balcony provided a great view of the city. With great service, great location, and a great price we would highly recommend House of Trade.

Et roligt hotel centralt i chamerende Patershol
Hotellet ligger perfekt og i gå-afstand til seværdigheder, lækre restauranter og shopping. Patershol-området er både smukt, roligt og hipt! Hotellet har ikke personale på stedet, men indtjekning og service var meget udførligt beskrevet i en mail forinden og kunne ikke være nemmere. Det ligger ved siden af det skønneste morgenmadssted Simon Says. Klart anbefalet!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel Top Hotel
Super eingerichtet Zimmer über 2 Etagen mit Terrasse.Einchecken über Türcode Problemlos. Tolles Bett , kleines aber feines Bad / Dusche / WC. Sehr zentral gelegen , alle wichtigen Punkte von Gent gut zu erreichen. 2 Fernseher. Für Menschen mit Handicap nur bedingt zu empfehlen , da enge und steile Treppen.. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

Home away from home in Ghent!
The House of Trade was a cozy home away from home during my business trip to Ghent! After traveling for several weeks and staying in many hotels, this beautiful apartment was such a welcome change. The apartment's original details were charming and the place felt spacious, but still cozy. I especially enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom/kitchen area and access to the comforts of home like a living room and coffee maker!

sehr schönes Appartement-Hotel in Patershol
sehr schön, perfekte Lage am Rand von Patershol, historische Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ist das nächste Parkhaus günstig und schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem: Tolle Stadt!!
