The location is off the beaten path for sure, so be careful driving at night for critters and sharp turns. That said, privacy and proximity to the Ren Faire was what we were looking for and received. 'My partner and I booked this little gem on a quiet weekend in Roundtop. The property is well kept, the pool was clean and our cabin was cozy. If I could make a suggestion it would be to move check out time from 10 am to 11 am. The maintenance man arrived at 9:30 and we felt rushed to leave.'

Plenty of space to get dressed for a local wedding and we were able to host a small dinner. The space is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. 'This was a group of 7 adults for the MotoGP race weekend. Nice that we could use the garage to store our bikes. Exterior of the house was neglected (yard) but the interior was super clean. Soft towels and soap/shampoo worked out very well. Bunk beds creaked like mad but the other beds were great. Furniture in the home is very cheap so be careful. As a whole, the host was VERY communicative and we had everything we needed.'

'Spent a weekend of 11 friends celebrating my 50th birthday. Loved the property; gave everybody an opportunity to have privacy in their own cabin or celebrate with those who stayed in main house. Absolutely amazing..... and the air conditioning worked so well!! (considering it was the temperature of the sun outside).
