The Vintage Round Top - New Boho Cottage

De Boho cottage is een gloednieuwe toevoeging aan The Vintage Round Top eigendom. De woning Vintage Round Top is een op maat gemaakte vakantiewoning met een moderne vintage stijl. Gelegen in Round Top, TX, het pand ligt op anderhalve hectare prachtig landweide en bestaat uit twee huisjes: nr. 1450 en Boho.

Het Boho-huisje biedt een moderne mix van boho, glamour en industriële elementen. De 2000 m² woning heeft twee (2) slaapkamers, drie (3) volledige baden, een 900 m² grote kamer met gewelfde plafonds. De grote kamer heeft een woonkamer, een eetkamer met zitplaatsen voor 8-10 en 2 extra zitjes. Boho is compleet met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, gas open haard, full size wasmachine / droger, premium beddengoed, RVT badproducten, centrale AC / warmte, Wi-Fi en satelliet-tv. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen patio en er zijn ook twee overdekte dekken die respectievelijk uit de grote kamer en de keuken komen. Wij bieden op maat gemaakte eersteklas Stearns en Foster bedden!Ten slotte heb je met de Boho het privé- en exclusieve gebruik van het achterste gedeelte van The Vintage Round Top-eigendom.

Boho biedt plaats aan maximaal 8 gasten met de volgende arrangementen:

• Master slaapkamer (kingsize bed) en bijgevoegde master bad met ligbad en aparte douche

• Gast slaapkamer (2 queensize bedden) met een bijgevoegde ligbad met douche en ligbad

• Grote kamer (tweedaagse bedden) met een speciaal bad

Onze andere lijst (# 642257), het huisje nr. 1450 en Boho zijn bevestigd door een modderkamer met gesloten deuren aan elke kant. Elk huisje kan apart of samen geboekt worden voor exclusief gebruik van het onroerend goed. Gunstig gelegen aan de hoofdweg op slechts 1,5 km van het Round Top-plein, ligt dit hippe en unieke pand op loopafstand van vijf antieke shows tijdens de Spring and Fall Round Top Antique Fairs. Bovendien is het pand een kwart mijl verwijderd van Festival Hill, een 200 hectare grote campus met belangrijke prestatievoorzieningen, historische huizen, uitgestrekte tuinen, parken en natuurgebieden.

Perfect little Round Top get away!

We stayed here for my 40th birthday and had the most wonderful, relaxing weekend! Paige's house is perfectly curated and such a beautiful escape in the country- from the property itself to every little design detail, it's perfectly "Round Top". I have stayed in the smaller guest houses as well and highly recommend! We will certainly be back!

This is what a vacation rental should be. The photos are exactly what you get. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is ample. A bottle of wine and chocolate awaited us. If you are coming to the area and any of these cottages are available, stay here!!

The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tasteful bohemian decor that exuded warmth and creativity. The soft colors, eclectic furnishings, and thoughtful details created a space that was both inviting and inspiring. The high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable spaces allowed us to seamlessly conduct our real estate operations. Exquisite Accommodations at Boho House

Boho House is an absolute showstopper. Lovely chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. We enjoyed opening all the doors, playing music while sipping wine on the patio overlooking a field of flowers. Just lovely. We will be back!

Amazing accommodations!

We really enjoyed the house. It was 5 ladies and we all felt very comfortable especially with the 3 full baths and plenty of mirrors. Big space concept was wonderful. We were all either on the couches or the dinning table... chit catting and playing games. The décor was amazing. Cannot say enough of the house, the location, and of the town. We will be back during one of the big antique weekends.

Comfortable, stylish & conveniently located

We really enjoyed our stay here. The attention to detail is phenomenal which also really helps you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. We also used the full size bbq grill and enjoyed the patio which they don't include photos of on the listing but is also really nice and spacious. The house felt like a high end boutique hotel with loads of character but with so much more space. We would absolutely stay here again.

Girls Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Vintage Round Top - Boho Cottage. It was a perfect set up for a group of 5 and great location, just down the road from the main shops and restaurants. The cottage was very clean and cozy and the fireplace made it extra special. Loved the home decor and definitely would like to stay here again!

A great getaway for 2 girlfriends!

My best friend and I get together a couple of times a year for a quilting, wine drinking and catching up retreat. The Boho cottage in Round Top was a wonderful setting for this summer’s get together. It was in pristine condition ( not always easy to find ), quiet and very convenient to Round Rock, Giddings and La Grange. We had some really nice dinners out and relaxing times staying in. I would recommend Paige, Smoot and their hospitality highly!

Each stay in this exquisite house ends the same way—with our asking ourselves how soon we can schedule our return. From the stunning design to the thoughtful details, this house could merit a destination in itself, but we come for the music, art and shopping this little town has to offer. If you’ve not discovered Round Top, Texas, there is no finer way to begin than to check into Boho Cottage.
