Property is a short distance from the Ellison Bay marina and the village center. You have to bring your own towels and toiletries. Overall, great place to unwind.'

'This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!'

'We love this place for the 2 of us. Beautiful location right on the water in Gills Rock. Small but functional kitchen, so we can eat some meals in. Great bathroom and huge closet. The views are spectacular all day and into the evening! And the sunsets!! Gretel and Dan are amazing hosts and we will return, again and again!'

'This is a older resort but well maintained. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. our room had a whirlpool tub, fireplace, kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker and dishes, and a large balcony. We hope to return in the fall.'
