'We stayed here with my parents who are in their mid seventies. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It’s located in a quiet area in the woods, perfect location to reach all the major stops in DC. Very clean and the host provided a lot of little perks…coffee station, emergency toiletries, gift, etc. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again!'

'This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!'

'Went to Sister Bay for Fall Festival. We LOVED this little house. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The fireplace added a nice torch for chilly fall nights & the fire pit & grill were perfect for s’mores and steaks. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. The views are spectacular all day and into the evening! And the sunsets!! Gretel and Dan are amazing hosts and we will return, again and again!'

'This is a older resort but well maintained. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. our room had a whirlpool tub, fireplace, kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker and dishes, and a large balcony. We hope to return in the fall.'
