'My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson.'

'Best part is the view from the Villas. The facility is dated and needs a refresh. The check in staff and operators were marginally helpful. Dining options at Montechrsito are limited. You must go to other properties for options. You cannot Uber to or from your Villa as Uber is not allowed on property. You have to take a $20 cab ride one mile to the front gate then wait in Uber. '

'This was our second time staying here and like the First it was Perfect! Check-In was smooth. The staff at Tomates (Lino,Adelina,Rocio,Mageli & the Chef) are the best! Great Service and very attentive to you. When we arrived (Ivan & Rene) we very helpful as soon as we pulled up. The room was Perfect for the occasion. 'The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long.
