'Perfect accommodation, friendly people, pretty good diner buffet available. Cheaper then other hotels in Estes park but still very and in my opinion too expensive. We really missed an airco. It was very hot in the room and we were told that it was unsafe to leave the door open because of the bears. '

When was the last time a hotel manager bent over backwards to straighten out an error or omission that wasn't their fault? We received outstanding service from Connor, especially, and that BOB approach was extended throughout the hotel. Truly, outstanding customer service at this hotel!'
