'This is the cutest cleanest cottage ever! Every detail has been lovingly and wisely planned to make for a lovely and cozy experience of lake living. The newly remodeled cottage has gorgeous knotty-pine paneling and comfortable chairs placed for watching the wildlife and birds that frequent the lake. 'Our family of 7 very much enjoyed our 8-day winter stay. It is the 2nd time we have rented the house, and it suits us very well. The owner is great and is easy to contact. The 3-bedroom house overlooks a good-size lake, and it has loads of lake-side windows. The house is large with 2 spacious levels. This permits families to the opportunity for separate activities. While it's located in the country, it's not far from shopping and restaurants.'

The only downside was the tv was in the upper bedroom area and we enjoyed playing games around the table but wanted to watch the basketball games as well! 'The house was nice and cozy, and we had a good time. We really enjoyed kayaking the different lakes, and we look forward to going back again. The cons of this rental would be that the water is dark/weedy and you can't see into it. There was a swimming raft on the property, which did not have a ladder attached to it. I am not sure how someone could even climb onto said raft.'

'I picked this spot because I wanted to take my son to visit Grand Valley State, and I also wanted something "fun" for my younger daughter. The Grand Castle was a hoot! And the unit was spotless, huge, and perfect for the three of us!'

'We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. '
