Located only 25 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, this is the perfect place to escape. Murray Lake is a large all sports lake with 320 Acres of space. The lake's signature "horse-shoe" shape and deep water make it great for many activities such as skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, kayaking (2 provided), paddle boarding, and swimming. This single story home is located at the end of a culdesac, so it is a safe and quiet place to relax. There is parking in the driveway for around 4 vehicles. (2 stall garage is locked for owner's storage)
This lakefront home has updated cabinetry, luxury vinyl planking, bathrooms, quartz countertops throughout, and much more. The kitchen is spacious with an 8', wine fridge, keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, ninja blender, toaster, GE Profile appliances, and is stocked with everything for most of your cooking needs. As you stand in the kitchen you will enjoy the expansive 18 feet of glass viewing the water. There is a cozy lakeside living room with an electric fireplace providing heat as well as accent lighting for any occasion.
Outside there is a sprawling deck with ample seating, a propane grille, a covered sitting area, and outdoor dining table for enjoying a meal in the sunshine. Off to the side there is a patio with a Jacuzzi hot tub! The yard has plenty of space for yard games, there is a swing set for smaller children (9 years and younger), and a sandy beach with lounge chairs and a dock to enjoy the water. 2 Kayaks are located on the beach for guest use (life jackets are provided and required).
Back inside the house there are 3 main bedrooms off to one side of the house with beds to sleep 8, as well as an expansive back Great Room with a 85" TV and Sonos sound system along with additional beds to sleep 6 more. This is a great setup for 2 or 3 families that would enjoy their own space for their sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features a pillow top king size mattress and a private bathroom.
Both TV's are setup with complimentary YouTube TV as well as the option for you to login to any of your own accounts, such as Netflix, Hulu, and many others. There is high speed internet coverage across the entire house. The home is setup with a Ring Security System.
This house is close to many local conveniences such as the Village of Cannonsburg, featuring Honey Creek Inn, Parnell General Store, or go the other way to downtown Lowell. Arrowhead Golf Coarse is only 2 miles away or stop at Red Barn to grab some ice cream and let the kids play in the petting zoo.

House Rules:
--- Quiet Hours - Guests must lower the volume of any/all noises that could be heard from neighboring properties from 9:30pm - 10:00am.
--- No Parties - No parties of any kind are permitted.
--- No Pets - We love animals, however, pets are not allowed on the property.
--- No Smoking/Vaping - No smoking or vaping anywhere inside of the house or on the property.
--- Hot Tub - No more than 6 people at a time. Children must be under adult supervision. Large amounts of sand left in the hot tub due to guests not washing their feet will subject them to an additional $250 cleaning fee.
--- Owners Space - The garage and the locked closet in the back great room are off limits to guests and used for owner storage.
--- Security/Cameras - House is set up with a Ring security system as well as 4 outdoor only cameras. The location of the cameras are as follows:
