'Did not spend a lot of time at the hotel except to sleep but it was very comfortable and quiet. Room was nicely kept up and staff was very friendly.'

'This is a very busy hotel there is always some type of tournament going on with tons of kids everywhere. It hard to use any of the amenities because of this couldn't use the pool, trying to get any of the free drinks or food was almost impossible.'

'What a discovery we have made! We are frequent visitors to downtown Grand Rapids, yet we have never stayed here. That is about to change! Fantastic top to bottom! from one of the friendliest greetings upon arrival, to the cleanliness/comfort of the room this property earns an A from us and a promise to return on our next trip!'

'Quiet and pet friendly '

'No food service after 10p. After returning from a concert it would have been nice to go into one of the many open bars and have an appetizer. Instead we had to order door dash pizza. '

'I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. '

'Wij hadden een suite gehuurd, dit bleek een prettig ruime kamer met zeer comfortabel groot bed. Toen wij er waren was het er erg rustig, anders was het hotel waarschijnlijk erg gehorig geweest. Met name van wat er op de gang gebeurt krijg je veel mee. Ontbijt was prima, niet heel uitgebreid. '

'It was a long long walk to one elevator. The water was shut off because of a leak. Repair trucks blocked parking and walkways and the side door was propped open with a sign which made it diffucult to open.'

' It was your normal hotel room. The bed was a bit hard. Looks clean. Could’ve had an extra set of towels. Was nice and quiet. Overall it was good for him just to stop over place.'
