'The listing is accurate and communication was great. They even left us a nice welcoming note. What the listing doesn't mention is, the sunrise in the private backyard is excellent. Lots of trees and nature sounds. Very relaxing. This place would be great for a home base to enjoy the finger lakes region.'

'The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. The cabin is on the lake, the hot tub is awesome! The cabin was cozy and made us feel right at home, even our dog was so relaxed there. it was staged beautifully when we arrived, and there were towels for the hot tub, plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and the kitchen had pots, pans, toaster,...

'Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.'

'This was the perfect place for a Romantic Getaway! A beautiful home, with a beautiful view - topped off with fireplaces, a fire pit and a hot tub! The quiet, private locale allowed the best opportunity to step away from a hectic life to focus on each other. There is an adorable Alpaca farm around the corner for animal lovers and a short ride to the finger lakes to explore. The gorgeous Watkins Glen is also nearby! The home baked bread and fresh eggs waiting for us made us feel more than welcome....

'We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.'

It was sparkling clean and so well appointed in every way, from coffee and creamer to snacks and even a fresh bouquet of flowers! We rode he bike trails and visited the local wineries and restaurants and really enjoyed our stay!'

'Our Seneca 7 team stayed the night before the race. The cottage was perfect for our group to share dinner Saturday night, get hot showers, and enjoy a great night of sleep. 'Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!'
