Dear Guest, We really thank you for sharing your experience here with us. Since the review is anonymous we cannot check your reservation's details so to reconfirm or explain any of your point of view, but we will generally reply accordingly. The setting indeed is maybe the best of the island, with fantastic view, food and swimming pool. The hotel needs some improvements, we accept it, but it is not outdated as you claimed. It is a classic 3 star cycladic hotel, the biggest of the island with huge well-maintained gardens, swimming pool, room facilities and excellent staff. We know that we have to improve some things in our bathrooms for example but these will be definitely on our "things to do" with the new management that recently changed. Concerning the "double room" as you mentioned, it is on the bed preference during the booking procedure and it subject to availability as it is clearly mentioned. Although we are not sure if you had mentioned it we found a solution with this procedure with the blanket as many hotels do although you do not maybe recognize it. It is not something that we do it every time but only when we are not informed from the beginning that the reservation is for a double bed. If we had the info that you were honeymooners and we knew that we would inform you with an instant message through Hotels.com about. We hope to a next time.
