Het hotel is echt een aanrader, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en direct nabij de stad! Wij (6 personen) hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt in en rondom het hotel.

What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station.

Elena and Demetri were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure our holiday in Greece was perfect. We will absolutely return with friends. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Added bonus is the hotel airport shuttle which also offers scheduled tours of the island.

Elena was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. She made our stay much better than we had expected. Dimitrus was also very informative and helpful. Had we known before we would have hired him as our tour guide. Do ask for him if you visit Fira. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was ok, should add more variety.

It was nice and clean. I didn't get the room upgrade but I was offered a spa 1 hour but didn't not get to use it because it was hard to get a booking. I love the hotel and the staff was really nice.

Aressana turned out to be better than we had expected. The hotel property was well-maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a boutique luxury hotel in Fira, you should check out the Aressana.

Friendly staff and central location in Fira
We had stayed in this lovely hotel for our family vacation at Santorini this year. All the staff here are the most friendliest that I have seen in any hotel. We had a small private bath tub with lovely view of sea outside our room. The room size was good. The breakfast was included in our tariff. There was a lot of options to choose from for the breakfast. They have swimming pool with shower and changing room. They can keep luggage if checking out early. They are 2-3 min walk away from bus station. The hotel is very close to the walk where we can see sunset, church and the museum. Special thanks to all the reception staff, kitchen staff and the kind porter who brought our luggage down to near bus station in the golf car. We really had a memorable stay and can’t wait to return there once again.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The last time was in 2020 during covid. Once again we had an amazing stay. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the transfer service from the airport to the hotel and also when we left to go to the ferry port. It was lovely getting collected in the hotel vehicle. Upon arrival in our room we received a bottle of rose and a large dish of fruit and cheese. This was a lovely touch. There was also a tray containing lots of little treats, including biscuits, cakes, oozo, a toiletry bag containing mini toiletries. There was bottled water in the fridge which was replaced daily. Our room was lovely and spacious. It was spotlessly clean. It was a triple room with a courtyard outside - room 52. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. We also had a walk in wardrobe. I would have liked more shelf space to store our belongings (suncream, etc). The pool area is beautiful. Although there are not a huge number of sunbeds we got a bed easily every day. The drinks and food served at the pool were lovely. The hotel is located on the main road in the centre of Fira but it is exceptionally quiet. It takes 20 seconds to see the sunset views. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Santorini is just beautiful and so is this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in town so everything is walkable to shops and restaurants. Wunderschönes Hotel im Herzen von Fira, wenige Meter von der Caldera, alles zu Fuß zu besichtigen. Poolanlage ist ein Traum, Service und Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hervorragend und individuell präsentiert. Upgrade beim Einchecken bekommen auf Junior Suite mit shared-pool..toll! Immer wieder gerne.. Dankeschön an das Team vom Aressana!

This property is STUNNING! We were upgraded upon arrival from a premium room to a junior suite with a private pool at no additional cost. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the pool areas are amazing. The staff was so polite and ensured we had everything we needed, even making us dinner reservations in town. We were able to walk to everything including shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. For anything that would require driving, the beaches or Oia town, the staff at the hotel arranged for us to have transportation. I will definitely be back!

This property is in the best location. 1 minute walk to central bus stop where you can go anywhere in the island by bus snd don’t need a car. Also the hotel does not have caldera view but if you walk outside the hotel within 1 minute walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

Notre deuxième visite à cet hôtel 7 ans après la première. Nous trouvvons que le service est plus inégal et que les tarifs de la partie nourriture ont augmenté de manière substantielle. Un peu moins de charme et les jardins ont été remplacés par des piscines (partagées) L'hôtel est idéalement placé pour départ de visite, de ballades, les restaurants autour...

We were greeted by a very welcoming receptionist who showed us to our room. Other staff were helpful and attentive especially the restaurant manager. A big thank you to her and the morning chef. Breakfast selection was excellent and high quality. Had plastic gloves for everyone to wear for hygiene reasons, excellent touch. Accommodation:- Our room had a balcony was clean and comfortable. It had a safe, fridge, kettle, high quality amenities - shampoo, conditioner, lotion & vanity kit and the hotel provided x2 bottles of water daily Location: - Excellent location one street back from the main streets in Fira, (Thera, Thira) away from the hustle but within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bus terminal . .Fira is beautiful with cobbled streets, wonderful architecture, whitewashed buildings and churches with blue roofs. This hotel may lack the stunning views from the room but in less than five minutes outside the hotel is a place to watch the glorious sunsets go down over the Caldera. Pool area is beautiful however may be a bit small if visiting Santorini in high season/busy. Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel as the location is perfect. Easy access to everything. Tip • Just remember to bring ear plugs in case the electricity circuit breakers in the rooms 'buzz'. • Try to avoid cable car and main shopping streets when cruise ships are in.
