het hotel is super!
Het hotel is netjes. Elke dag wordt de kamer goed schoon gemaakt en ziet er weer keurig uit. Je zit echt in het oude gedeelte wat super mooi is, mooie straatjes en de buurt is vriendelijk. Het hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk. Wilt je graag helpen bij verschillende uitstapjes en regelen veel.

Perfecte Bediening, Locatie midden in de oude stad
Een aanrader, beschrijving van het Hotel kan veel beter. Midden in de oude stad, maar toch op 5 minuten lopen voldoende Parkeerplaatsen(alles gratis). Gezellig shoppen lamgs de winkeltjes, gebruikmaken van de vele terrasjes en fantastisch eten in de vele Restaurantjes. Ontbijt in het Hotel is werkelijk ongelofelijk goed. In de Binnen Tuin heerlijk ontbijten en tezelfder tijd heerlijk Draadloos werken met je Ipad(natuurlijk gratis WiFi). Gastvrijheid is ongekend, Personeel doet alles om het de Gasten naar de zin te maken, niets is teveel.

Exceptional charming boutique hotel and courtyard
Stayed the second week in October for 2 days at this charming hotel. Annamaria was very welcoming upon our arrival offering us a welcoming drink in the gorgeous courtyard while we checkin and bags brought up to our rooms for us. The breakfast was fantastic having everything you could want from pastries, cheese and cold cuts, assortment of breads and eggs made to order. The location is quiet and has everything closely. The room was unique and well equipped with bottled water, tea/coffee and a cookie, robe and slippers plus a fantastic jetted massage shower ! Annamarie took care of all our needs whether it be recommending dinner restaurants, transportation questions getting the bus to Agios Nickolaos or prior communications by email answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others !

Gorgeous small luxury hotel in heart of old town
Luxurious small hotel, our room was absolutely beautiful with a lovely spa bath and a balcony where we could sit and drink a g&t and admire the lovely courtyard. Breakfast was very good too and the service was excellent everyone was so friendly and passionate about the area

Quite location in the old town, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Stayed in the Rodon room. Wish they had better lights by the bed for reading, but that's being picky. Parking is nearby and a short walk.

Great stay in the heart of Rethymno
We stayed 2 nights at Case Vitae. Excellent location, very quiet but 5 minutes from the heart of the old town. Easy to park close by if you have a car. The staff is very welcoming. Excellent breakfast served on a very nice patio. Would definitely go there again.

Luxurious hotel in the heart of the old town
The hotel room is located in the old town of Rethymno and the room was very elegant. It comes with a jacuzzi and very comfortable bed. It was spacious and the breakfast was great. The staff are very helpful and polite. We had a really pleasant stay in this hotel.

Fantastic stay
If you are reading this review then you probably want to know why you should book it: 1. Fantastic location on a quaint/quiet street in the old town of Rethymnon 2. Spacious, elegant rooms with everything you should require (inc. a jacuzzi bath!) 3. Staff are friendly and helpful and catered for all our needs during our stay 4. Breakfast is great! A choice of cereals/toast and condiments with juice, tea/coffee delivered to your table along with ham/cheeses and pastries. Eggs ordered (no charge). 5. Outside courtyard is lovely to have a coffee and relax (as well as eating breakfast) 6. Value for money ... quite a few other boutique hotels charging a lot more! 7. Awards... rated very highly among booking companies .... I could go on! The only negatives for me were the wi-fi speed, which was manageable but at times it wasn't fast enough for uploading photos/watching films etc. and the TV channels on the TV.

Lovely hotel, great location, lovely breakfast
They gave us very good instructions as to where to park, and then it was an easy 5 minute walk to the hotel, all flat so no problem with our luggage. Breakfast was lovely served under cover in the courtyard. We had fresh cooked eggs and plates of pastries and fruit and yoghurt. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The best spot we stayed, and oh the shower!
We stayed in six different places through our trip in Greece, and this was definitely our favourite. Mariana at the front counter is so lovely, and is the true host. She was very helpful and the service was superb. They serve a wonderful and huge breakfast each morning in the beautiful garden. The location is perfect and close to everything. The room is comfortable and quiet. And oh, did I mention the shower?! I actually think it was the nicest shower we've ever had. So much pressure and numerous jets, it sounds funny but was kind of a highlight!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in this this. Enjoy!

Rethymno base to explore Crete Central
First time in Crete, this hotel made us welcome and was a great base to explore the city and to drive out into the central part of the island. Their location was the best, in the narrow streets of the old town but just off the main area to be quiet at night. We feel we got exactly what we wanted from the hotel, and they had a great attitude to helping whenever we needed anything.

Un hôtel parfait pour un séjour romantique
Hôtel magnifique et confortable super bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville, le petit déjeuner est royal et le personnel souriant et accueillant. La salle de bain est top avec un jacuzzi, parfait pour un moment romantique à 2. Bref notre séjour a été sans aucune fausse note.

Just brilliant!
The rooms were absolutely stunning and the garden where breakfast was served was beautiful as well. The pictures I saw before arriving didn't do it justice - everything was much nicer than I expected and the rooms were spotless. In terms of hospitality, everyone made sure we were comfortable and we were offered complimentary drinks (ice tea and coffee) both when we arrived and before we left. The breakfast was also very impressive, with eggs/omelettes being prepared according to your wishes, pastries, fresh orange juice, fruits and more. Internet connection is good too - I had a video meeting for work one morning and it went smoothly. In terms of location, the hotel is at the end of the old town which means that everything is within walking distance, yet not too noisy.

Hôtel fantastique au coeur de la ville où nous avons bénéficié du meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Crète. Les indications reçues par mail pour le parking à 5-10min à pied étaient parfaites. La chambre semi-enterrée était spacieuse, les sanitaires parfaitement propres. Le petit déjeûner était copieux et excellent. Nous avons de plus bénéficié d'un départ en début d'après-midi sans surcoût. Nous recommendons chaudement cet établissement.
