Amazing hotel with modern rooms centrally located in the town square with many options for dining and shopping. Highly recommended. The staff were nothing but polite attentive and gracious.

Situated in a prime spot, it offered easy access to the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore during my stay. Whether it was the bustling city streets, serene parks, or trasport links, everything was conveniently within reach. As for the hotel itself, it was beautifully designed and maintained. The lobby exuded elegance and sophistication, setting a high standard for the rest of my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff ensuring that I had everything I needed. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and attention to detail. The decor was tasteful, modern and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel's commitment to granting my request for a balcony. It was such a delight to have my own private outdoor space where I could relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff continued to impress me with their exceptional service, especially the lady in the spa services.

The hotel is centrally situated in the main square in Argostoli .The rooms are comfortable and well furnished .The staff are very helpful and pleasant .It does lack enough car parking space but it is easy to park at the port and walk .It is a great place to stay if you enjoy dining ,drinking or just people watching in the square .We would definitely stay there again

The Ionian Plaza is in a beautiful square and within walking distance of many good bars and restaurants in Argostoli. The staff are very helpful and the rooms and very comfortable. I had a great stay again.

Positive: - Amazing location in the heart of Argostoli - The room is brand new and very nice Negative: - Breakfast quality is very poor. Limited options but this is fine. However the quality is bad and this is not ok - Parking space is limited and you never find a spot. In addition my impression was that the parking was used by locals and not by hotel guests as it is open space and there is no control at allA

L’hotel è molto carino situato proprio al centro della piazza principale di Argostoli in una posizione dominante è centrale comodissimo per tutti gli spostamenti nelle varie spiagge, per mangiare la sera e fare un giro ad Argostoli sia sul porto sia nella via principale. La camera era un po’ piccola ma dotata di tutti comfort e pulitissima, ottima per il prezzo pagato. La colazione servita tutte le mattine rispettando le regole anticovid variava tra dolce e salato noi ci siamo limitati al dolce era tutto buono, l’unica cosa era meglio evitare il caos delle 9.30 quando la sala era piena e bisognava attendere che la signora delle colazioni, che era sempre molto gentile, servisse tutti gli ospiti uno alla volta. Il personale era molto preso forse per le misure anticovid o forse per i lavori di ristrutturazione che l’hotel sta effettuando ma non abbiamo ricevuto da parte loro molti consigli su quali spiagge visitare, su quale autonoleggio preferire o quale ristorante scegliere la sera... abbiamo fatto tutto noi, anche se il parere di un locale poteva essere gradito, per il resto sono stati comunque sempre cortesi e gentili.

The worst hotel i stayed terrible service , they claim they have breakfast and they only offer muffins . The room smelled like smoking ,the pictures are not real the hotel is really old with no updates for years .Front desk is so rube . I would give one advice to anyone that reads this review please don’t stay there

Struttura in posizione perfetta, sulla piazza principale di Argostoli, con buona possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni e piccolo parcheggio scoperto dell'albergo. Personale gentilissimo. Camera pulita e ben organizzata. L'albergo è in ristrutturazione in due ali ma la parte centrale dove erano gli alloggi è già stata ristrutturata. Unico difetto riscontrato la colazione un po'ristretta e molto ripetitiva con caffè e cappuccino da pagare extra. Nel complesso soddisfatto della scelta.

Bom Hotel
Hotel localizado na praça principal de Argostoli com vários restaurantes e comércio próximos, no final de semana em que ficamos inclusive teve show na praça. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto em que ficamos muito bom apesar do hotel não ser novo. Café da manhã muito bom porém a área do café da manhã é pequena para o tamanho do Hotel, em um dos dias da nossa estadia ficou super lotada com pessoas aguardando a disponibilidade de mesas.

Nice room, friendly staff, efficient cleaning and excellent breakfasts. Lovely view from the balcony over the main town square. Herein lies the only downside: the square and its surrounding road have been largely re-paved and rendered traffic free. This has resulted in the main areas - particularly the square - resembling and sounding like an overcrowded school playground with young children playing and cycling at full volume well into late evenings. Hardly relaxing if you want to unwind.

Good hotel with comfortable rooms, but choose a room overlooking the square and not at the end of the building to avoid music from street cafes. Very convenient for city sights and nightlife.

Hotel room very good comfortable and clean ,pillows on bed could have been a little larger and softer .breakfast good wide range of food to choose from. We thought there was a bar ,well there is but it is in the dinning room but staff always there to get drink of coffee or alcoholic which could be served outside or on the nice comfortable settees in the foyer area. There is a gym which looked good .The staff were very helpful and friendly .The hotel is in a large square which is very much a meeting point for locals and also has some very nice restaurants,the noise from the restaurants seem to die down about midnight but people may still be sitting talking in the square and that can go on later sometimes. The parking was nearby but you cannot drive into the square ,at the moment they are building an underground car park and more rooms directly behind the hotel ,sure this will be good as car park at moment small, although this was ok for us as we were there out of season .

Tudo muito bom! Muito bem localizado, estacionamento ajuda bastante. Cidade próxima a todos os locais que queríamos ir. Funcionário que ficava durante o dia na recepção muito atencioso e prestativo. A senhora da noite por outro lado não sabia dar informação alguma sobre passeios, passagens, etc. Única coisa ruim, chuveiro molha todo banheiro com cortina de plástico.

Ottima la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale abbondante la colazione.Da migliorare il parcheggio.Nota stonata che la mia suite affacciava di fronte ai motori dei condizionatori quindi tra il caldo e i motori finestre chiuse e condizionatori sempre accesi.

We just wanted a reasonable hotel for an overnight stay. Our room at this hotel was large with good facilities at a decent rate. And the hotel's location right on the plaza was very convenient for exploring the city.

A localização do hotel é excelente! Fica em frente a uma praça que fica toda iluminada durante a noite, com vários restaurantes bons e alguns até com preço acessível. O quarto é limpo e bastante confortável. Os pontos negativos para o hotel foi que a pia do banheiro estava vazando, colocaram apenas uma toalha para o casal e nos colocaram em duas camas de solteiro. Além disto, os atendentes não eram muito simpáticos, ao serem questionados sobre a disponibilidade de passeios, simplesmente nos entregaram folhetos publicitários sem terem a preocupação em falar sobre os lugares ou nos ensinarem a chegar lá.
