Vlakbij het strand 100 meter. Mooi complex, mooie kamers. Zeer goed ontbijt. Enige min punt was de fitness. De helft van wat daar staat (is kapot) en er staat bijna niks.

The hotel is beautiful, wonderful breakfast and lovely staff. Location of our room was great, however it was rather dated and didn't match the standard of the hotel. The hotel is 5 star but the room was 3 star. Maybe we were unlucky and there's more updated rooms there. But other than that it was stunning and it was incredible value. I would go there again as the good outweighs the not so good and it's great for the price.

Here are the problems, Nobody controls the room before check in. There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee or capsules, the tube was broken and full of dirt in it. Just one bathrobe for two person. You cant find any instructions in the room, like telephone numbers of reception,room service etc. you have think about it. Also have a mini bar but you dont know the prices. No loundry bag. I called for coffee capsules for two days. Also for two days nobody cleaned the tube or repair it, second day they ask do you want to change the room unfortunately we’ve been for two days. Best part is when I want ice they told me they don’t have so much so we couldn’t gave you the ice that we have right now. Hotel manager never turned back about the issues also not appologized that we’ve been through. Absolutely wrong choice. But most of the staff was also so friendly and kind, thank them all, at least they try to do something.

I enjoyed my stay at La Mer / friendly staff, clean property (rooms and common areas), good food and complimentary mimosa at breakfast. Steps away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. This hotel did not disappoint at all. I really liked staying in the Kamari area over others on the island. Less crowded but the same beautiful surroundings. Also, the beach is super accessible.

Decent hotel with a nice quiet courtyard with pools Pros: - Excellent massage services at the spa, not just your typical tourist massages but ones that actually apply knowledge and force to help with your ailments - General areas are in good condition - Located relatively close to the beach even though this is not a beach hotel Cons: - Rooms are showing some wear and had cleanliness issues. Private jacuzzi had filthy greasy water with dead flys floating in it when shown into the room - AC is struggling to keep the rooms cool - Planes fly almost directly overhead creating a lot of noise - Not as strict COVID guidelines as I witnessed in other hotels, no gloves required at breakfast, mask usage was limited at best

Had we known about that, we'd have grandly taken care of this right away. Nevertheless, I would like to inform you that your contribution has been sent directly after its publication to our management. Please note that, the housekeeping were cleaning your jacuzzi twice per day but since you had an outdoor jacuzzi, it is normal to find some dirtiness during the day from the wind. Hence, we are making more than two times jacuzzi cleaning available during the stay ''by request'' only due to covid19 regulations. Also, I'm sorry to hear the planes fly almost directly overhead. I wish you would have addressed this with us as we do offer free earplugs at the front desk which could have helped. Regarding the Covid19 guidelines, there are always gloves, masks and signs on the table next to the door of the restaurant. Hope your stay in was otherwise enjoyable and hope to see you back some day.

We came here for two weeks and loved it so much we stayed for another 10 days(still here now till 4/7/21) and have three other family members joining us today...this place is beautifully designed and the staff cannot do enough for you to name a few George,Dimitra,Konstantinos,Mitsos,Elena,Raphaela,Anna,Pangiotis,Kolleroi...all a credit to this hotel and the chambermaids all very polite...do nog miss breakfast it is utterly different every day and OUTSTANDING

I spent a week in this hotel with my partner, I booked an executive twin room. First the things I appreciated: the facilities were all immaculate, the staff enforced strict social distancing and wore face shields at all time, i felt extremely safe and this is a big point to their favor. The staff themselves were absolutely adorable and made every effort to make customers happy at all times. Breakfast was good and with a large choice of both sweet and salty foods, coffee and other beverages were as well good. The restaurant offered a fair choice of dishes at a reasonable price. All facilities (pools, common areas) were enjoyable, well maintained and just simply looked good. The SPA was functioning with limits due to coronavirus so I will not comment on it. Now what I believe are a few things they can improve: first off is the hotel classification, they are rated 5 stars but they are not, this is a 4 star hotel under all aspects. There are things that you have to do to be a 5 star hotel which don't seem even feasible here, I would suggest they advertise themselves as a 4 star, that would benefit both them and the customer. I expected a little more from the room which was somehow small and furnitures looked a tad "cheap" Finally value for money: I would call it fair, it wasn't cheap but fair enough I booked late and in the middle of August, I would comment once more that the 5 star rating can be misleading, I expected a cheap 5 star, and i got a fairly priced 4 star.

Hard to fault, a restful haven with attentive friendly service from all staff. Most use the restaurant for breakfast - which offers a wide choice to suit all tastes- and go to the seafront tavernas for other meals but they served up an excellent meal the night we arrived. Handy for the airport and even tough the flight path is almost overhead there are very few flights and none at night.

Struttura bella e tranquilla, nonostante la vicinanza con la spiaggia e la popolatissima passeggiata di Kamari. Camera pulita e confortevole, ma un po’ piccola e con qualche mancanza per essere 5 stelle. A noi non ha creato problemi, ma la vicinanza con l’aeroporto potrebbe urtare chi cerca la tranquillità totale: ogni atterraggio sull’isola passa qui sopra. Personale gentilissimo e attento.

Das Hotel La Mer ist ein sehr gepflegtes schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Sie haben für jeden Besucher einen Bungalow zu Verfügung gestellt. Man hat dort die Möglichkeit 2 verschiedene Pools zu nutzen oder 3 min Fußweg um die Ecke an den Strand zu gehen. Leider ist der Zugang zum Strand NICHT inklusive. Die liegen zahlen sie extra. 5€ p. Person. Wenn wir selbst von den „5 Sternen“ ausgehen, würde ich sagen das dieses Hotel keine 5 Sterne wert ist. Leider ist das Frühstück nichts besonderes und man muss für den Cappuccino extra zahlen. Unabhängig davon ist das Person sehr sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Sie kümmern sich um jeden einzelnen Gast mühevoll und sind stets immer verfügbar! Sie geben jeden Tag 100% !! Solche motivierenden Mitarbeiter bräuchten deutsche Hotel auch.
