Fabulous villa with stunning view
Fabulous villa with stunning view. Well equipped and comfortable. Need a car as isolated with no shops near. Bit tricky to find so definitely do it in the daylight. Nataly ehomlooks after the property was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

Fabulous view
Really lovely villa in a perfect setting. Everything exactly as described and it was extremely comfortable. Been to Fiskardo 5x now and this villa definitely had the best view. Very peaceful location only 10 minutes from Fiskardo. Highly recommend early morning dip on Foki beach. On site support from Nataly excellent. She was so helpful and friendly. Villa was very clean and comfortable with excellent A/C in bedrooms. Will happily stay there again.

Amazing holiday
A beautiful villa with amazing views. Gregory was an excellent host, responding to our few queries very quickly. His cousin Natalie, who lives opposite, comes in to change bedding and towels and her husband cleans the pool etc. Both couldn't be nicer, and gave us a number of beach/restaurant recommendations. You need a car. Outstanding holiday.

The view is stunning and the house is perfect to accommodate a family of four…. Greg and Nathalie could not have been better when it came to communicating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable…

The house was just as described on Vrbo and was in a stunning situation in a pretty little hamlet. Fabulous views from the terraces. Good value for Kefalonia. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had before we arrived and also sent us detailed instructions for the 1.5hr journey from airport. Lovely touch of wine, fizz and some basic food left for our late arrival. The owners cousin Nataly is lovely and lives with her family opposite, and was around to answer any questions (and changed the linens and towels after 3 days) You will need a car to get around. Lovely beaches in the area and villages to explore. Recommend eating at Taverna Foki -5 min drive- and the little tavernas in Maganos were great! The Stone House the other side of Fiscardo served delicious food at very reasonable prices. The Greek house white was excellent wherever we ate and only €9-11 for 1L. Fiscardo itself more expensive generally but not crazily priced. Thoroughly enjoyed our week. We will return one day!

Lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. The view is amazing and lovely location. The shutters, air con and comfy bed make sleeping easy. The villa has everything you need. Natalie and her husband were on hand for frequent linen changes and sorting any problems. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my choice!
This is a beautiful property at a sensible price for this area. It is extremely comfortable which we appreciated as the weather was unseasonably disappointing. We had good communication with Greg the owner & Nataly his housekeeper. Any queries or minor problems were dealt with immediately. The area is very quiet with amazing views & I would have no hesitation in recommending this property - you would not be disappointed.

Very chilled after stay.....
We stayed mid-October which had both pros and cons. The pros: 1. Hardly any traffic which helps give the sometimes narrow, steep and winding roads 2. Nice and quiet (the only sound from our villa balcony was the goat bells) 3. No queues or slow service at restaurants and bars, or problems getting the best tables 4. The weather is still very warm (average 22 degrees_ and only lost 2 half days to rain 5. The sunsets and night skies are still beautiful 6. Car hire is cheap as the hire companies have so much unused inventory (we paid £50 for 7 days hire) The cons: 1. Restaurants are all closing down for the season (eat in one today and it is closed tomorrow) 2. Whilst the weather was very warm, the pool was absolutely ice cold, so we didn't use it 3. The wasps are still around when you eat outdoors !! 4. As tourism has died down, there are no bars screening the English footy ! The comms with the villa owner (Greg) was great with him checking on us a few times via whatsapp. Nathalie (across the road) was most helpful with anything we needed including the arrival pack of milk, water, orange juice, bread, butter and honey. The villa was clean, functional and the views of Ithika were breathtaking. Try and shop at the Discount Supermarket as you drive in on the main road as they have a good selection and good prices. The route from Manganos to the villa can be tricky and it's easy to get lost, but once you have navigated once and got the hang of it (particularly the final hairpin bend on a steep hill), it's fine. One of the beauties of the property is it's setting in Evereti. Also, if you stay, the two best places for sunset dining are Taverna Veggera for great value Greek food or Alati down on the foot of the coast for finer dining, cocktails (it actually felt like a Caribbean restaurant !). Great villa in the most stunning and peaceful location. Kids loved the pool- good size and amazing views. Superb communication with the owner and Natalie fantastic helping with recommendations for great restaurants and beaches. Twice weekly cleaning and change of linen a real treat meaning we didn’t have to lift a finger. A car definitely required but the location was a little corner of heaven on earth- so peaceful, amazing views and a short drive to everything you need. This part of Kefalonia is completely unspoilt- just wonderful!

Paradise!!
We have just spent a very relaxing peaceful week at Gregory's fabulous villa. The views are amazing, so lovely to sit on the outside sofa drinking them in. Everything you need inside for a comfortable stay. We were looked after well by Natalie and her husband and the owner was very easy to contact also. Fiskado is a very beautiful place, enjoyable sitting at the waters edge watching the yachts and having a meal and drinks. Very easy and reasonable to hire a boat and visit nearby coves too. We very much hope to return in the future, this was one of the very best villas and places we have visited and can highly recommend ! Nicole and Alan

I cannot praise Greg and the villa enough. Communication was superb and even when we got a tiny bit lost near the property, Greg was on hand to guide us in via text to ensure we arrived safely. The accommodation was clean and well presented. It was a little home from home! Turning up to find some milk, water and a few other things in the fridge was a great help as we turned up late in the evening. If we needed anything, help was close by. The area is beautiful, the views from the villa are stunning and Fiskardo a great local town with everything you might need (including a great bakery and the best icecream parlour). Possible one of the best places I have ever been to. Sarah

Mi marido y nuestros 2 hijos de 7 y 9 años hemos disfrutado muchisimo de la estancia. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes del mar y la Isla de Ítaca, a un paso de Fiscardo, la piscina refrescante para la vuelta del mar, las cenas en la terraza y todo lo necesario para poder cocinar o simplemente relajarte. Greg estuvo atento en todo momento por si nos faltaba algo y nos dejó una bandeja de cosas de bienvenida. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias Kefalonia, seguro que volveremos!

Great stay, highly recommended!
The photos of the villa don't do it justice. Very spacious for 4 guests with aircon in both bedrooms. There is no aircon downstairs and it can get quite warm in the kitchen/living area. The villa was really clean and essentials were all provided upon arrival. The pool is a really good size and there is a BBQ for dining in, with a lovely terrace. Gregory is really responsive and helpful - thank you for a great stay!

The villa is lovely and the photo's do not do it justice. We arrived late to a very clean villa, a generous welcome pack was left for us, which was lovely. Kiskardo is no more than 10 minutes away with multiple restaurants, bars, two good supermarkets and chic shops. In the other direction is Magganos, which also has two supermarkets and 4 restaurant/taverna's, this is quieter area than Kiskardo and very friendly, but both have their own charm. To the villa itself - it is larger than the photo's show as is the outside area. Everything is spotlessly clean no small part to the couple who come in to clean the villa and pool, who are discreet and very friendly. You can have either sun all day or find shade, there are plenty of seating area's to suit either. The pool is not heated but we were there the middle two weeks of September and used the pool every day. The views are stunning both day and night, I will hold the memory or a star lit night, watching owls on the hunt with the moon lighting up the sea toward Ithaca for the rest of my life. The days are pretty impressive too! The world is a big place and we tend not to visit anywhere a second time as there are so many other places to visit and explore, but we expect to return to this stunning villa in the next couple of years, it has stolen our hearts. Greg is very quick to respond to any messages and will do anything he can to help. We had a storm one night which caused a few problems the following morning, all of which were sorted out very quickly and we were kept informed of what was happening, Thank you Greg for a truly amazing holiday.

Lovely welcome pack on arrival and villa was spotlessly clean.
Beautiful views over looking the sea and Ithaca, the neighbouring island. definitely need a car to get around, nearest taverna is a 5 minute drive. Villa was lovely, everything that you could need, would have been useful to have had some information about the area with restaurants etc. Small criticism would be the pool area, being built on a hill to get to the pool you needed to go down a number of steps, no good if you have mobility problems. There were a number of old inflatables and water guns etc that seemed to have been dumped! Would have looked nicer if these were in a storage bin or stored in the basement. Overall though, would definitely recommend.

We had an idyllic week staying in this villa in mid July. Everything was perfect, the villa is lovely with the most incredible views. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Fiskardo up in the hills and such a lovely, spectacular and quiet area. Thank you so much, Gregory. Fantastic stay at Villa Erini!
We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this villa with a private pool and stunning views of the island of Ithaca. The house and pool were kept scrupulously clean, a generous welcome basket helped us settle in. We already knew the Fiskardo area, so spent most of our time around the villa - so relaxing on the main terrace with comfortable sofa and table. The pool area on the lower terrace offered a change of experience. Gregory and Melina looked after us very well - any queries were immediately responded to by email. As others have said, it would have been nice to have had Aircon downstairs as well as in the bedrooms, but maybe we just needed to go Greek and spend the evening s outside on the terrace, with suitable midge repellent measures taken! Overall, it was the best villa we have stayed on in Kefalonia and we look forward to returning! Sheila Riley

Amazing stay
Had an amazing time here, the pictures really don't do it justice. The villa is lovely very spacious and very clean and finished to a great standard. The pool is great and was needed to cool down from great weather. The views are stunning, sitting on your balcony looking out over Ithaca island, can't beat it. Only a ten minute drive from fiscardo, a lovely little harbour with lots of restaurants and bars. Can't wait to come back again!!

What a lovely holiday. Beautiful setting with fantastic views. The property was lovely and clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. You definitely need a car to access the beautiful beaches and local restaurants but the roads were easy to navigate. Fiskardo is only 10 mins away. The owner, Gregory, was most helpful and kept in contact to answer any queries or offer help . There was also a very welcoming food pack which was most appreciated. Thank you 😊

A lovely tranquil location with wonderful views, great pool and terrace and perfect for 4 people.
Good accommodation and fabulous setting. Nice welcome pack in fridge and local info. It would be great if single bedded room had another bedside cupboard as we pushed beds together to make a double so only one lamp for us to read at night and had to use dressing table chair as a bedside table. Dressing table mirror in that room needs to bigger as couldn’t see yourself in mirror when sitting down. The kettle was too small for 4 people but these are just cosmetic comments. We loved the villa and would definitely use it again, great position and lovely to be back in our favourite part of the island.

Perfect base for a Greek island get away!
We loved our stay at Gregory's villa! It was clean, spacious and had the best views! Gregory was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We were spoiled with a very generous welcome pack and enjoyed the treats on the many terraces, while taking in the views! It was a great base for us to explore but we loved Foki beach, Assos and Alaties and had some amazing meals at O Makis, Veggera and Nicolas Tavern. Definitely worth a stay! Thanks so much, Gregory!

We had an amazing holidays with good friends and a outstanding villa.
We were two couples staying in this beautiful villa, the views were outstanding and we could never tire of them. We loved the decor in the villa and our complimentary food supplies were brilliant and much needed (best we have ever had). We loved the surrounding area with the beaches which are very good for snorkelling and really enjoyed the Blue Harbour in Maganos for outstanding cocktails. We had so many lovely meals, some with dancing and live music. Our favourite day was hiring a boat from Fiskardo and discovering the many caves along the coastline and going to Ithaca were we walked and ate in the town of Stavros. We recommend a car as there is much to discover and would totally recommend this island and villa, thank you to Gregory for this opportunity.

Fantastic Villa with amazing views
Can’t praise this villa and owners enough! The villa was everything we’d hoped for and more, it felt more like a home than a rental, the additional kitchen items and little touches around the place made all the difference and it was very well maintained and Gregory was on hand to answer any questions. The pool was a good size and the kids spent hours playing in it. The views are just stunning across to Ithaca. Set in A very peaceful village a hire car is a must to go and explore the island. We will be booking a return visit to the villa soon!
