The staff were absolutely wonderful!!! The front desk hosts were fabulous, always there to suggest what to see, restaurants, etc. A wonderful time!!!

La atención ha sido pésima!el dueño una persona desagradable y soberbia.Nos cambiamos de habitación porque "supuestamente" alquilamos una habitación con un altillo donde había un colchón en el suelo para dormir y hacia un calor horrible! Pagamos un suplemento bastante elevado por cambiarnos a una suite y el dueño de muy malas maneras nos dijo que teníamos que darle las gracias y teníamos que estar agradecidos por el favor. Como no contratamos ninguna excursión con ellos y tampoco el desayuno, dejaron de hablarnos. No volvería allí en ningún momento Ha sido desagradable el trato y el resort de vistas al mar,nada!

Dear Miriam You have booked a Superior Loft, Sea View which is exactly like the photos you saw , As you were not satisfied we offer you an upgrade to a Suite , The price that we offered you to pay was just 40% of what you need to pay originally. Of course is not possible to stop talking to our guests for not coming to breakfast or for whatever reason .. We are a hotel that always respects our guests . Maybe the real reason for your review it is the free upgrade that never happened. In conclusion we are really thankful for your review

It could be better
"Luxury" is a loose term. We stayed in the villa. It was furnished comfortably, but the A/C was not working. Temperature wise it wasn't too bad. It was around 72 degrees indoors. The issue is that it was extremely humid, so it made it feel hotter and stickier, and it was not comfortable to sleep in at night. Either they need to fix the A/C or provide a dehumidifier to help. It could use a little updating. My pillowcase was torn. They have a shuttle you can pay for to get between the airport or the ferry port. The only downside was that our flight arrived at 7 a.m., and they wouldn't pick us up until 8:15 a.m. The hotel itself is about half a mile from the Fira bus station, but it's an uphill walk. If you're not comfortable with the walk, I recommend staying somewhere closer to the city.

Dear Joshua We would like to inform you that the ac working for a main compartment for ten independent rooms , as result is not possible not to work only at your room. Maybe you accidentally change the settings. or you had open a window ( you need to close al the windows and the doors as we have mentioned to you at your check in)About the Shuttle service you have asked the previous day in the night (last minute) so for us it was not possible to arrange it at that time so we offer you an alternative, Of course you could refuse but our offer is 20 euro per room and as you were 6 people in the villa you were going to need around 60 from the airport for 2 taxis

La propiedad es linda, a 15 minutos a pie hasta Fira por un camino que de noche puede ser peligroso por los autos que circulan( es bueno tener una linterna para que te vean ya que no está muy bien iluminado) El personal siempre se mostró amable. Buena vista hacia el mar (Este)

Staffs are friendly and helpful. We rented a car as we only stayed there for 2 nights and it’s worth it. It’s a quiet and pleasant place to stay here. They offer a pick up and drop off service to the airport which is very convenient.

This was a very Experience. Upon arriving at the resort, they would not let uš check in without paying extra for our 8 year old son. The rooms were dirty, wifi did not work. The only good thing we can remember is the manager dropping uš off at the bus stop.

Dear Penelope You booked an apartment which can maximum accommodate 2 people.Your son is not 3 years old but us you mention 8 so there is an extra charge according to our policy. You forget to mention of course that you take a free upgrade to the Family room. Last but not least after your request for a refund which we denied it as a response you gave us this review, this is also a very EXPERIENCE!!!!

Koska hotelli sijaitsi hyvin tuulisella paikalla emme olleet hotellin tai huoneistoon kuuluneella altailla juuri ollenkaan vaan viihdyimme rannoilla, jotka oli tuulen suojassa. Allas alueita ei myöskään ylläpidetty ennenkuin pyynnöstä. Huoneiston ilmastointi/lämmitys ei toiminut moitteettomasti, samoin lämmin vesi suihkussa ei riittänyt 4 henkiselle perheelle.

La photo de l’accueil et les faits
C’est la première fois que je déconseille un hôtel. Ne respecte pas les conditions VIP pas de bouteille ou surclassement (réponse désagréable voir avec expédia…). Bien que séjour pendant 4 nuitées et Hôtel presque vide… Jacuzzi non fonctionnel a l’arrivée État vétuste et spartiate de la chambre, manque de rideau. Accès depuis le centre ville sale et lugubre. Suite à mes remarques sur le nom respect des conditions contractuelles à refuser de faire le transfert vers l’aéroport pour le tarif de 20€. Conseil venez en Taxi du port moins cher que 40€ et repartez avec eux s’ils le veulent bien! Surtout ne réservez pas.

As a VIP you should know that the upgrade is not an obligation of the hotel to do it. The jacuzzi is totally working if you did not know how to use it you should come in the reception in order to advise you that the button you don't press it, but you touch it. About the curtain is impossible not to have one we do not want our guest to be seen all the time, our rooms are private,our transfer service we have it in order to help our guest, but after a totally disrespectful behavior against our hotel we suggest you organize it by yourself.Last but not least about our sign all of our guest they see it with a sense of humor you are the only one that you did not like it.

Thea Luxury is a great place to stay for the Santorini vacation. It has spacious rooms, private front open space to enjoy the ocean view and free parking if you rent a car, which is helpful to get around the island. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Okay for a night or two at best.
Well I'll start by saying that it's not a bad place, but it's not a great place either. My wife, daughter and I were there for two nights. They did pick us ip from airport, late by 10 to 15 minutes from when our plane arrived and there was a $20 Euro charge for service. The room was okay, there were a few ants, but got rid of them quickly. The AC wasn't great but worked okay. The bathroom was damp and had a weird smell. The shower head was not mounted to the wall so it mase showering a bit difficult. There was no soap, shampoo or anything in the bathroom, so you have to bring it yourself. The floors in the bathroom are painted and when wet you need to put down towels or else you will slip. My wife fell and could have been seriously injured, but luckily she was fine. It's kinda close to the centre but it's a good 10 to 15 minute walk, uphill to the nearest restaurant. You did have to go through a poorly kept path, but once you went through it, it was fine, you would need a flashlight or light from your phone in the dark. It's a safe area, but that first time was a bit of a challenge. The breakfast for $7.50 Euro cash or $10 credit was very simple, yogurt and what not, would have been better to go to town and get more for your money. We didn't really enjoy it but as mentioned for a night or two to crash it's fine. If you plan to go for longer than a day, I wouldn't really recommend it, spend a bit more for something closer to town and nicer.

Alex the manager was ok but his assistant was very Rude, frequent water cuts and didn’t received room clean for 3 days. No body picked up the garbage from our room. No shampoo or soap was provided. We had to arrange our own soap

Our stay for 4 nights was very disappointing. I had booked a room for 3 nights in one booking with 4 people and had another for 1 night (separate booking- as asked by the the studio themselves) - They charged by 70 Euros for the 4t night for the 2 kids. The bathroom water was coming out of the floor drain on the day we reached and they had to get a plumber in which they only did after 6 pm so we could not take a shower when we arrived. The toiletries were missing and when asked they gave us one tiny packet per person for all our 4 day stay. Our room lost electricity but other rooms did not but they said it was the city. I was confused by that as the very next room (which were friends in our group - we were a group of 4 families) did not loose electricity at all. We had VIP access via Expedia that would allow for an free upgrade and a bottle of wine. Did not receive that benefit. They did pest control on the site the day we arrived so we had a ton of cockroaches right outside our room door. Kids splashing in the pool were yelled at. The pool water seemed murky but we were not sure if it was the color of the pool underneath which was dark of if it was the actually the water. the benches had tar on it that spoiled our clothes. The studios are far from the main Fira area., a good 15 minute walk. The transfer service to airport was easy and event free and cheaper than a taxi. Water bottles easily accessible and not expensive. Breakfast simple but available. Overall- Poor.

La struttura è veramente bella , le camere molto spaziose ed il personale davvero gentile . Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, il resort è molto tranquillo ed ha due piscine davvero belle . Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile , sia i ragazzi della reception che le ragazze che si occupavano della pulizia delle camere . Il nostro monolocale era dotato di tutto , bella cucina con un grande frigo ed il forno , ed anche una bella vasca idromassaggio . L unica pecca è che la camera era un po’ umida ma nulla di irrimediabile ( bastava aprire le finestre o accedere il condizionatore su deumidificatore) .nel resort è inoltre disponibile il servizio navetta ed anche il servizio noleggio quad Del quale abbiamo usufruito per L intera settimana . Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo resort e lo consiglierei vivamente .

Not very cleanly. Saw spider webs in the light fixtures, smashed bugs on the walls, bits of TP behind the bathroom door. We did like the layout- nice to have the kids have their own area. Kitchen was nice with steps leading down to it. Loved having a pool. The A/C was not good and was hot even when on! It was hot during our stay - time of year in Greece so leaving windows open at night was still hot!

Spacious accommodations and friendly staff. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of Fira where restaurants and shops are at. For 20 euros, they will provide private driver to pick up your party at the airport. You’ll want this since taxis are sparse there. I’d stay there again if visiting santorini again.

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It was very spacious with everything you needed. The pool area was lovely & the perfect place to relax. A bit of an uphill walk into town so not ideal for dragging suitcases but with a car/transfer it’s fine. Special mention to Michael who could not have been more helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend it

Not recommended. The property is not close to anything. Need to rent a car for stepping out. The front desk person was not helpful or friendly and essentially rolled their eyes when we asked for anything. Within a minute of check in we were told not to mess the towels and not to forget anything in our rooms and not to leave doors or windows open when the AC was on. This was like a lecture. Breakfast very basic. No staff at hotel between 11 pm and 6 am. DID NOT RECEIVE ANY VIP BENEFITS THAT WAS PROMISED

The property is nice and spacious, close to fira and kind of city centre , you can take a bike and move around the island easily almost all the location or beaches are equivalent- distance. However we found that the basic facility of drinking water was missing ,as you must know the tap water isn’t drinkable there. water bottle was provided free only on the day we checked in and for rest of the days we had to pay to get a water bottle . Also if you are booking through this site , you might be charged extra €2 per day which is service charge , this is over and above your hotel charge which you might have already paid/will pay as per the site . Upon your arrival .The pool looked big in the picture but it’s comparatively smaller .

Very quiet hotel near Fira, 5-10min walk from the restaurants. Both swimming pools are amazing, well-equipped gym and the breakfast is really good. However, the best part of the hotel is the staff, very relaxed and kind and gave us amazing tips during our 10 days stay. Advice: rent an ATV directly from the hotel, it is legal to drive it on the streets. This way you can go everywhere without worring about a parking spot!

We had the best time at Thea Luxury Resort and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was very spacious and quiet with a nice terrace and a perfect sea view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Due to Covid they were having a difficult time finding enough co-workers so they couldn‘t offer every service they normally offer (e.g. they couldn‘t open the bar or the restaurant) but they worked hard to realise every wish and we personally didn‘t miss a thing. The atmosphere was a perfect mixture of personal contact and enough anonymity. What you should be aware of is that the hotel isn‘t located in the centre of Fíra, it is a 10 minute walk to the nice shops, restaurants and bars of Santorini‘s capital. But we didn‘t mind that at all and spent every evening in Fíra. We can definitely recommend Thea Luxury Resort and would love to come back here.

A Nice quiet place
Nice quiet spot, a little off the crowded centre. I would recommand this place for couples and families who need some quiet on the island. Nice staff, they are professionnal and available, with a pretty good english. Breakfast is a pretty classic buffet that does the job. A very good stay overall. Thanks to the team !

The property is a 10 minute walk from the core of Fira, but it’s such a lovely place! Alex from reception was such an amazing person, he truly cares about what’s important to me and my wife and listed things we need to explore in the island. He also recommended places to dine, what to do and what to avoid. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Santorini. Yes, it’s a 10 minute walk to the core but the short hike warmed me up for the adventures ahead!
