'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'Es handelt sich um ein sehr großes Hotel, das gerade mal fünf Jahre alt ist. Es ist sehr luxuriös, das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich. Allerdings sollten Sie dort die Instandhaltung nicht vernachlässigen. Im Fitnessstudio war nur ein Laufband von 3 funktionsfähig und ein Trainingsgerät war defekt. . Der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt. Im Pool müssten die Ränder gereinigt werden, die verfärben sich bereits. Alles in allem ist es aber ein tolles Hotel mit einem...

'The hotel was situated in a secluded area, separated from the rest of the town. The staff members were exceptional - they treated me like family. Every single person, from the employees on the 17th-floor bar to those at the front desk, was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, polite, and helpful.
