'Great Waters is so peaceful. The cottage could use some updating and decorating but was fine for a couple of days.'

'We are in agreement with all the positive reviews. Lots of wild birds, take a hummingbird feeder, we attracted many per day. The rustic furniture is adequate. The kitchen has all the necessary basic items. If you like watching water craft going up and down the lake front, you will have plenty of opportunity.'

'The stay was okay for me & my family. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. There was a stain on one of the bedroom sheets, so we had too wash it before laying in it. Other than that it was okay. Would I book again… probably not only because we all complained about the beds being very uncomfortable.'

The owner has provided lots of nice touches such as snacks, tons of Keurig pods, aluminum foil, spices, body washes, etc. There was even bacon, eggs, butter, orange juice, and coke in the fridge when we arrived (not sure if that was from the owner or the previous renters, but was so nice!). Getting from the house down to the dock and back might be a challenge for small children or elderly folks, which may be something for some folks to consider. We enjoyed...

Jacuzzi was great out under the end-to-end terrace with Barbeque, tables, lounge chairs, all facing the large back yard to the Lake. Indoors accomodation is large with two on Suite Master rooms.
