'Very nice hotel in the center. Own parking garage across the hotel which is very convenient. US$ 32 per night is too expensive! Nice swimming pool and gym. Next time I will definitively stay again.'

'We had a great stay at this property with our grandsons while we visited downtown Grand Rapids, took in a show at the DeVos place. The location was convenient to many restaurants, venues and events. Parking was connected as well. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I understand that this is a preference - a bit of a pillowtop would be nice. It really was a good experience for us - thank you!'

'I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. '
