Things to know: there is no electricity. The lights in the pictures are from solar panels; there is a very cool outdoor shower but it is cold...

'I don’t know where to start… if you want to unplug enjoy sounds of nature , say hi to very friendly animals, hike and explore some waterfalls, cool off at the beach area while enjoying the beauty around, meet an amazing ranch team pet some friendly dogs, learn about the property and how it became the blue ridge ranch, fish, and enjoy your own privacy then this is the place ! My little family enjoyed every moment ! We glamped! It was so much fun not only can you glamp but you can tent and rv!!...

'Beautiful property, accommodations and people. Our grandkids enjoyed the tire swing, playing in the creek tiding the golf cart and petting the barn animals. The teepee maintained a comfortable temperature even in the cool October nights. King sized bed super comfy. 'Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!'

'Large, comfortable lower-level apartment right on Lake Norman. Peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities taken care of. Kitchen is a little dated, but well stocked. Bedroom large and comfortable! Loved the dock and kayaks!'
