'B&B business in kind-of-a-hotel building. Had a lot of trouble checking in bevause i did not have an email from the owner of the room. Real small room. Shared bathroom clean but very uncomfortabel. Left after 1 night. Lots of rooms permanently occupied by Asian people. Smelly conditions because of cooking on the floors ?'

Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. 'Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room.'

'The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. 'Cute room , smaller than pictured but it was perfect for 3 of us. Make sure you take towels, they do have some there but since it was humid, the towels smelled muggy after first use and we didn’t get extra ones. Our host was communicative. '

'This location was perfect for a quick couples trip to NYC. Located close to two subway lines, it allowed for easy access to areas all around NYC. The apartment was fairly bare, but served our needs just fine. We had an initial issue with one of the room air units, but Angela was easy to reach and responded quickly, and the issue was resolved. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Our family had an awesome time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you to property manager! Always reachable. Property is a good size space with for family of 5 and accommodate even more. 'We wanted a place close to NYC for my son's graduation at Carnegie Hall but not pay the expense of Manhattan. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the place. It's gorgeous and big with 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean. Everything worked. At the end of a dead end street. Near the Path so easy access to Manhattan. We were sad that we only were staying for one night. The owner also is very responsive and willing to work with me.'
