'Not the greatest luxury but certainly a good lodge to stay at sequoia. Wifi mainly works in the common room (bedroom didn’t work for us) but this didn’t bother us much. Rooms are clean and tidy. You can take gasoline at the lodge aswell as a shop and a pizza-restaurant. Breakfast with fresh fruit was also better than we expected it to be.'

'This might have been a nice hotel in the 90"s but that is 20 years ago. Now it is outdated and not well maintained. The first thing I noticed was a gaping hole of 4x4 inches in the bedspread, Housekeeping obviously does not care about things like that since the hole looked old. 'The place is quiet. I love that the place is only 30 mins away from Kings Canyon. There is also a Dollar General store across so you can always drive back and forth for some necessities. Pet friendly, with very minimal fee. Bed was comfy, room was well kept with quaint designs, makes you feel at home. It will be nice to have more coffee selections, the coffee had in our room was blah. Overall it was an awesome stay!'

'Beautiful view of the lake. Daily walks during spring season was perfect. Flowers bursting everywhere Very quiet and remote. Extremely spacious. Perfect for multi-families. 'Property has an amazing view! It is also easy to “check-in,” very clean and well-maintained. Two important things to note. First, despite what the listing states, there is no AC. There is some sort of system that cools the air a bit, but does nothing about humidity. We stayed during a heat dome event and it was uncomfortable. 'The house and yard are very cute and the location is great. The layout is interesting (go through one bedroom to get to another) but it’s an old house and was still charming. The house was clean and comfortable. Would be a great place in the warner season where you could really enjoy the outside spaces. That said, it was the poorest stocked house we’ve rented.
